We thank you for shopping with us and hope that you enjoy your purchases. We have spent significant time selecting the best products available. We do understand that sometimes our products may not suit your needs and you may need to exchange for a different size or style or need a refund. We are happy to exchange your items for alternative styles or sizes or refund at your request.

Exchange:

For purchases shipped to an address in Australia:

Please ensure we receive your items within 21 days of our original shipping date with a completed Exchange Form (available on our website). Please understand that we can not take responsibility for your selected method of returning these items and can not exchange on items that we do not receive.

We must receive your items in original condition which includes the following:

•  All tags attached
• Items must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way.
• Unfortunately we can not offer exchange of hosiery or stick on bras.
• You are also welcome to exchange your purchases at our Sydney Stores or post them to us: please see address below.
• Should you need to exchange items we ask that you pay for the postage charges for us to return to you your items.
• The postage charges for you to send to us any items for exchange are for your expense.

For purchases shipped to an address outside of Australia:

• The same applies to purchases shipped to addresses outside of Australia but the time period is extended to 60 days.

Refunds

If for some reason the products you have purchased from us do not fulfil your needs, we are also able to refund you for the value of the items you have purchased. Please note that we are not able to refund you for the cost of postage.

Faulty Products

Should any item that you purchase from Mary Holland be faulty, we are happy to replace the item or if this is not possible provide you with a full refund for the item. Please send it to us with a completed Faulty Product Form (available from our website).

Upon receiving your item, we will then inspect it and as long as it is deemed faulty and has not been tampered with, we will (free of charge) send you a replacement item. Should a replacement item not be available we will refund you for the value of the item.

Please note that you can not present faulty items to our stores. This needs to be dealt with via post.
